I recently hired this company to handle my taxes and financial planning. While they did a decent job, there were a few areas where they could improve. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the clear information provided. However, I found their communication a bit lacking. It took a while for them to respond to my queries, and their responses were not always thorough. Moreover, I feel they could've been more proactive in providing updates throughout the process. On the positive side, the staff I interacted with were knowledgeable and professional. They were able to address my concerns and offer useful advice. Overall, my experience was just average. If they focus on improving their responsiveness and communication, they could definitely earn more stars from me.
