I have been a regular at Garden of Zen for the past few months and it has been a wonderful experience. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, always providing modifications and adjustments as needed. The studio itself is clean and serene, creating a calm atmosphere ideal for yoga practice. The class schedule is diverse and accommodating, ensuring that there is always a suitable class available no matter the time of day. I appreciate the variety of styles and the emphasis on mindfulness throughout the practice. Overall, I highly recommend Garden of Zen.
