The service at the embassy of Finland in Canberra is average at best. While the staff was polite, I found the process to be quite slow and inefficient. It took longer than expected to have my documents processed, and there were a few mistakes made along the way. Overall, I was not impressed with the level of service provided. There is definitely room for improvement.
