The bank's website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information I needed. However, their customer service was just average. I had some questions regarding their services, but the representatives seemed uninterested and provided only basic answers. It would have been great if they were more proactive and eager to assist their customers. Additionally, the overall atmosphere of the bank felt a bit impersonal. The staff didn't make any effort to establish a friendly rapport. On the positive side, the bank did have a good range of financial products and services, and their rates were competitive. Overall, my experience with this bank was average.
