I recently visited the mental health center in Bayonne for some counseling sessions. The services provided were average, nothing outstanding but not terrible either. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information, which was helpful in booking an appointment. The staff was courteous and professional but didn't go above and beyond to make me feel welcome or comfortable. The waiting area was clean and tidy, creating a calm atmosphere. However, the sessions seemed a bit rushed, and I wished there was more time for thorough exploration of my concerns. The overall experience was satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of personal touch and individualized attention.
