As a regular customer of h1ls, I can confidently say that their laundry service is average. The quality of the cleaning is decent, but sometimes the clothes come back with a few wrinkles. The pickup and delivery service is convenient, but there have been a couple of instances where they didn't arrive within the specified timeframe. Overall, it's an okay service, but there is definitely room for improvement.
