I recently tried out a new yoga class through exhaletoinhale.org and had a great experience. The instructor was incredibly skilled and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I appreciated that they offered modifications for different skill levels, as it allowed me to comfortably participate even though I'm still a beginner. Overall, I was very impressed and would definitely recommend this company to others.
