I had an average experience with Penta Reizen. While the booking process was smooth and the tour guides were knowledgeable, there were some areas that could be improved. The itinerary felt rushed at times, leaving little room for relaxation. Some of the attractions mentioned in the itinerary were not as impressive as expected. Overall, it was an okay trip, but I had higher expectations from Penta Reizen.
