I've been a member of several gyms in the past, but American Fitness & Sports is by far the best. The trainers here actually care about your progress and tailor the workouts to your individual needs. The facility is well-equipped and clean. I love the variety of classes they offer, especially the yoga sessions. This gym has truly helped me achieve my fitness goals.
