I am a CUSTOMER and I have to say that Congresional is an average company. The services provided are just okay, nothing outstanding. The website congresology.com is easy to navigate, but the overall user experience could be improved. There is room for better customer support and faster response times. Overall, I would say that Congresional has room for improvement in order to provide a better service.
