As a customer, I recently had an experience with a recruitment agency that left me with mixed feelings. While browsing through job opportunities on the company's website, I found it to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. While the website promised personalized service, I found the response time from the recruiters to be average at best. The communication was professional but lacked a personal touch.
