I found Pottruff & Smith Travel Insurance to be below average in terms of service and coverage. The customer service representatives were often unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me. Furthermore, the claims process was lengthy and frustrating. I expected better from a reputable company like them. I will be looking for other options in the future.
