I had an average experience with Devative. The website (devative.com) was easy to navigate and the overall design was decent. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow and the support staff seemed uninformed about certain aspects of their products. Overall, it was an okay experience but there is definitely room for improvement.
