I recently tried out a Pilates class at Inner Core-Set and had a wonderful time. The instructor was really friendly and encouraging, and the workout was challenging but achievable. I definitely felt like I got a great workout and it's a fun way to stay in shape. I'll definitely be coming back for more classes!
