As a customer, I found the website to be fairly average. While it offers the standard news content, I felt that the layout and user interface could be improved for a smoother browsing experience. However, I did appreciate the range of news topics covered and the local content available. It would be great to see the company invest in a website redesign to enhance the user experience. Additionally, a more intuitive search function and clearer organization of articles could make it easier to find specific information.
