I had a mixed experience with Pro-con. While some aspects of their service were satisfactory, others fell short of my expectations. The customer support team was responsive and helpful, addressing my queries and concerns promptly. However, the quality of their products could have been better. The items I received were not as durable as I had hoped, and the overall construction seemed a bit flimsy. I appreciate their effort, but there is definitely room for improvement.
