I have attended a few workshops at Sheena's Place, and I have always found them to be insightful and informative. The facilitators are passionate about the topics they cover and create a welcoming space for participants to learn and grow. The organization as a whole is dedicated to supporting individuals on their mental health journey. I am thankful for the resources and support I have received from Sheena's Place.
