I had a mixed experience with Directorate General of Quality Assurance (DGQA). While some aspects of their services were satisfactory, others were disappointing. The staff were helpful and professional, and they provided prompt responses to my inquiries. However, the overall quality of their products did not meet my expectations. The items I purchased were of average quality, and some of them even had defects. I believe that the company should improve the quality control process to ensure that their products meet the required standards. Overall, my experience with DGQA was average.
