I recently started attending classes at Casa Vinyasa - Ashtanga Yoga Shala, and I must say it has been an incredible experience so far. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about yoga. The studio itself is clean, spacious, and has a great energy. I feel so relaxed and rejuvenated after each session. The classes are challenging but the instructors provide modifications and adjustments to suit different levels. I highly recommend Casa Vinyasa to anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice.
