I had a mixed experience with the Oregon Department of Agriculture. Some aspects were satisfactory, while others were quite disappointing. The customer service was average, nothing to complain about but also nothing exceptional. However, the quality of their products was great, and I was satisfied with the overall value for money. I appreciate their efforts to ensure that the products meet the required standards. The only downside was the delivery time, which was longer than expected. Overall, I would rate them as average.
