As a customer, I found the platform to be somewhat average. I appreciated the user-friendly interface and the variety of templates available for creating videos, but I encountered some limitations in terms of customization options. Additionally, I felt that the pricing plans were a bit restrictive for the features offered. Customer support was helpful, but I experienced some delays in getting my inquiries addressed. Overall, while the platform served its purpose, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of flexibility and value for the cost.
