I recently sought counselling services from a company in Harrogate, and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information, but the design could use some improvement to make it more visually appealing and user-friendly. The booking process was straightforward, and I received a prompt response confirming my appointment. However, the communication from the counsellor was somewhat lacking. While they were professional and understanding during the sessions, I felt that they could have been more attentive and engaged. The counselling sessions themselves were helpful, but I was expecting a bit more personalized approach. The overall experience was not exceptional, but it was sufficient for my needs.
