I had an average experience working with Encoded Genomics, Inc. The quality of their work was satisfactory, but there were a few minor hiccups along the way. The team was responsive and addressed my concerns, but I expected a bit more attention to detail. Overall, they delivered what was promised, but there is room for improvement.
