As a customer, I recently had an experience with a car dealership that left me feeling fairly indifferent. The website of the dealership was sleek and user-friendly, making it easy to browse through their inventory. I appreciated the detailed information provided for each vehicle. However, while the overall service was adequate, it lacked a personal touch. The staff seemed disinterested and did not go above and beyond to assist me. The communication between the salesperson and myself was minimal, making the process less enjoyable. Moreover, the prices of the vehicles were in line with market rates, but there were no noticeable deals or discounts. While I didn't encounter any major issues, I also didn't feel particularly valued as a customer. If you're simply looking for a standard car buying experience without any frills, this dealership will suffice. However, if you're hoping for exceptional service, you may want to explore other options.
