After working with this real estate firm, I found the service to be satisfactory. The agents were professional and had good knowledge of the local market. However, I felt that the communication could have been more proactive, as I had to frequently follow up for updates. The overall experience was acceptable, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer engagement and responsiveness. I appreciated their efforts to assist me in finding a property, but the experience didn't stand out as exceptional compared to other real estate firms I have worked with.
