I recently visited this place for some treatment, and I found the staff to be quite friendly and accommodating. The facility was clean and had a calming atmosphere. However, I was a bit disappointed by the lack of personalized attention and follow-up after my initial visit. I also found the website a bit difficult to navigate and wished for more detailed information about the services provided. Overall, it was an average experience, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer support and communication.
