I've been practicing yoga for a few years now and I recently tried out Hot Yoga Plus. The classes are intense and the instructors are great at pushing you to your limits. I love the heat in the studio and how it helps my muscles loosen up. The overall ambiance is calming and the music selection is fantastic. Hot Yoga Plus has quickly become one of my favorite places to practice yoga!
