I recently had the opportunity to work with the financial advisory company and overall, my experience with them was average. Their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, providing all the necessary information about their services. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took longer than expected for them to respond to my inquiries and I felt like I was constantly following up. Additionally, their recommendations seemed to lack the personalized touch that I was hoping for. While they provided me with the necessary information, I didn't feel like they truly understood my specific needs and goals. On the positive side, their financial expertise is commendable, and they do have a good track record. Overall, I would rate them as an average financial advisory company.
