I am a CUSTOMER of Central kansas credit union and I have been banking with them for several years now. I have found their services to be quite average. The website is easy to navigate and they offer a good range of banking products. However, their customer service is not always the best. Sometimes it takes a long time to get a response to my queries. Overall, I would rate them as average.
