Casa Vinyasa - Ashtanga Yoga Shala is a hidden gem in the yoga community. The classes are fantastic, and the instructors are so passionate about what they do. The studio itself is clean, spacious, and has a welcoming vibe. I love how the classes are taught with attention to alignment and breath. It's amazing how much progress I've made since joining Casa Vinyasa. I feel stronger, more flexible, and more connected to my body. Highly recommend this beautiful yoga studio!
