I recently used a private air service for a business trip and found the experience to be satisfactory. The booking process through the website was easy and the customer service was responsive. The aircraft was clean and comfortable, and the onboard amenities were adequate. However, I did encounter some minor delays in departure and arrival times, which could have been better communicated. Additionally, the cost of the service was a bit higher compared to other private air services I have used in the past. Overall, the experience was average, and I would consider using this service again if there are improvements in communication and pricing.
