I recently utilized the services of a local environmental consulting company, and my experience was just okay. The staff was knowledgeable and professional, but the overall communication was lacking. I found it challenging to get updates on the progress of my project, and it felt like I had to follow up multiple times to get the information I needed. While the final report was thorough, the process felt a bit disorganized. The pricing was reasonable, but I would have appreciated more transparency in the beginning about potential additional costs. Overall, the company provided the services I needed, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer communication and clarity on project timelines.
