I recently purchased some ceramics from Ross Ceramics Ltd and while the quality of the products is good, I was underwhelmed by the overall experience. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth, but the customer service fell short. My emails went unanswered for days and when I finally received a response, it lacked the level of professionalism I would expect from a company of this caliber. The ceramics arrived on time and were well packed, but I was left feeling disappointed with the lack of attention to customer satisfaction.
