My experience at the Orthopaedic Institute at Mercy Hospital was outstanding. The doctors were knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. The staff was friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. The facilities were clean and well-equipped, providing a comfortable environment. I am extremely satisfied with the care I received and would highly recommend this institute.
