The service provided by Jarrett Fire Protection, LLC was average. The technicians who came to inspect our fire protection system were professional, but the overall experience lacked that certain something. While they checked all the necessary equipment, I didn't feel like they went above and beyond. The communication with their customer support team could have been better as well. It's not a bad company, but I was expecting a bit more.
