I recently started doing yoga and decided to give Satya Yoga a try. I'm so glad I did! The instructors are knowledgeable and supportive, and the classes are well-structured. I love how they focus on mindfulness and connecting with your body. The studio itself is beautiful and calming. I always leave feeling refreshed and energized. Highly recommended!
