I have had a mixed experience with the Department of Premier and Cabinet (VIC). The services offered by the department are average at best. While some staff members are knowledgeable and helpful, others seem disinterested and unresponsive. It is disappointing to see such inconsistency in service quality. The website of the department, dpc.vic.gov.au, could also use some improvement in terms of user-friendliness and accessibility. Overall, my experience with the department has been average, leaning towards the negative.
