I recently purchased an electric scooter from a company called Electric Movement, Inc. The scooter itself is great - it's fast, reliable, and has a long battery life. However, I wasn't too impressed with the customer service. I had a few questions about the scooter, and when I reached out for help, the response was slow and not very helpful. Despite this, I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend the scooter itself.
