I recently used the services of Unlimited Directions Kenya Ltd and I must say it was an average experience. The customer service was okay and the staff was helpful, but the overall service could have been better. I expected more attention to details and better communication. However, the company website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, which is a plus. I would recommend them for basic travel needs, but for more complex trips, you might want to look elsewhere.
