I have been a loyal customer of Pt. Global Loyalty Indonesia for the past few years and I must say that their services are average. The company website, ponta.co.id, is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, the rewards program could use some improvements. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience but there is definitely room for growth.
