I had a mixed experience with the East Hazel Crest police dept. Some officers were helpful and understanding, while others lacked empathy. Overall, I would rate their service as average. There is room for improvement in terms of response time and communication. However, they did resolve my issue eventually. I hope they continue to work on improving their services.
