I recently had an average experience with a plastics company that I found on neodeshaplasticsinc.com. The website was easy to navigate and find the information I needed about the products they offer. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. My inquiries were not responded to in a timely manner and when I finally did get a response, I felt like my questions were not fully addressed. Additionally, the pricing seemed a bit higher compared to other similar companies I have dealt with in the past. On a positive note, the quality of the products I received was decent and met my expectations. Overall, my experience with this company was average. I would consider using them again if their customer service and pricing improved.
