I recently went on a vacation organized by a travel company, and it was an average experience. The staff was friendly, but there were some issues with the arrangements. The tour guide was not very knowledgeable, and the accommodations were not up to standard. However, the itinerary was good, and I did get to see some interesting sights. Overall, it was an okay trip, but I expected more.
