I recently used the services of Hankyu Travel International Co.,Ltd. and I must say, it was an average experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the overall organization and communication could have been better. I found the website to be a bit confusing and it took me a while to find the necessary information. However, once I reached out to their customer support, they were able to assist me promptly. In terms of the itinerary, it was well-planned and I got to visit all the places I wanted to. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
