I recently had the experience of purchasing equipment from this company, and while the selection was decent, I found the customer service to be lacking. The team seemed disorganized and unresponsive to my inquiries, which made the purchasing process more frustrating than it should have been. Additionally, I noticed that the pricing was not as competitive as I had hoped. On a positive note, the equipment itself has been functioning well so far. However, the overall experience left much to be desired. I hope that the company takes steps to improve their customer service and pricing transparency, as these are crucial factors for customers like myself.
