The overall experience with Hype international has been average. While their products are of good quality, their customer service leaves much to be desired. I had to wait for a long time to get a response to my query and the representative was not very helpful. However, once my issue was escalated to a higher level, it was resolved quickly and efficiently. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
