I have been a customer of Mas for over a year now and I must say that their service is average. They provide the basic accounting and tax services that I need for my business. However, I have had some issues with their communication and responsiveness. There were times when it took them a while to respond to my inquiries and I had to follow up multiple times. Overall, I would say that their service is decent, but there is definitely room for improvement.
