I had an average experience with The Independent Traveller. While the website, gowithit.co.uk, was easy to use, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff was not very helpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me. However, I was able to book my trip without any major issues, so overall, it was an okay experience.
