I recently used this company's services for some financial advice, and overall, it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and provided a good amount of information about their services. However, I found the communication with the advisors to be a bit lacking. It took quite a while for them to respond to my inquiries, and I had to follow up multiple times. Once we did engage in a conversation, though, the advisors were knowledgeable and offered some helpful insights. I appreciate that they took the time to understand my specific financial situation and goals. While the service was satisfactory, I expected a bit more promptness and efficiency in their communication. Nonetheless, I do believe the company has potential to improve their customer experience.
