The experience with the company was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a professional look. However, the services provided did not meet my expectations. The voice-over artists lacked versatility and their performances felt flat. The quality of the recordings also left much to be desired, with background noise and inconsistent volume levels. Additionally, the prices were on the higher side compared to other similar services. On the positive side, the customer support was responsive and addressed my queries promptly. They were polite and tried to resolve any issues I had. Overall, while the company has potential, they need to work on improving the quality of their voice-over services to justify their rates.
